Smart Works is an award winning UK charity that is looking for up to two dynamic and ambitious graduates to join our staff team in September 2018.
Smart Works provides high quality interview clothes and interview training to women in need. We work with leading brands to harness the power of fashion to allow a woman to be her best at a crucial moment in her life – before her job interview.
Named the Social Action Charity of the Year 2017, we are on a mission to take our service to as many women as we can across the UK, whilst keeping our London service best in class. To do this, we are launching a 12 month Graduate Training Scheme to recruit talented, hardworking and driven individuals who want to get involved in all aspects of running a small, fast paced and growing organisation.
The Smart Works Graduate Training Scheme will give a first class and hands on insight into running a highly regarded UK charity, supported by structured training sessions on all the major areas of running a third sector organisation. Our charity is entrepreneurial, lively and no day is ever the same. If you join us, you will have access to senior management and trustees, and be given considerable responsibility at an early stage. You will also be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from social media and sponsored bike rides, to meeting referral partners and sorting the wardrobe. You will be given stretching targets and challenging objectives and will need to be adaptable to the needs of the charity as it grows.
