We are proud to present the Smart Works Annual Report of the Board of Trustees for the year ending 31 March 2019.
The last year has been our busiest and most successful year as a national charity. As well as celebrating our fifth birthday and the announcement of our Royal Patron, we have helped a record-breaking 3200 women with our interview dressing and coaching service, delivered over 4500 appointments across our seven centres; all powered by over 300 skilled and trained volunteers.
We are particularly proud that 64% of our clients got the job within a month of their Smart Works appointment, demonstrating the tangible and life-changing impact that our service continues to have on the women we serve.
