Wednesday evening was a busy night for us here at Smart Works HQ as our Women’s Network was kindly hosted by BNY Mellon at their awe-inspiring offices on the 49th floor of One Canada Square, Canary Wharf.
BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiative Network organised an enjoyable and hugely informative evening, lending our clients the services of Mike Linsell, Regional Manager for BNY Mellon’s School of Business Development and Client Service. Mike generously donated his time to run a “Personalities at work” workshop for our group. The session was received with great positivity; all our members commented on how valuable they found the insights into their various behaviours and how they interact with others.
Network members highlighted how empowering the session was and one of our members got in touch to “express my gratitude for such excellent programming. It was an inspiration and really opened my mind to get to know more about different personalities at work”.
